Over the last year Sheppee has improved its customer support with changes made to our internal customer support policy and with the introduction of a dedicated service team. The introduction of SAP has allowed us to keep customers better informed on delivery dates of orders placed, along with a better internal management of their order process. Customer account co-ordinators have been appointed to each customer and agent so there is always an office based representative able to handle any question or enquiry.
The Sales team has been restructured with Simon Holmes and Richard Moore being totally responsible for the company’s sales activities. Roy Clarkson is charged with looking after various key territories and Zofia Zawadzki and Chantel Booth appointed as Account Co-ordinators.
Our representative office in Moscow is run by Irina Uschjokina. Irina is responsible for all contact with Russian customers along with the management of our own Moscow based Service Technician. Irina can be contacted by email on firstname.lastname@example.org
Our service team is growing and is run by Chris Stocks. Chris has a team of 7 technicians all capable of installing, training and trouble shooting the full range of Sheppee equipment.
